1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of the auslandspolice website and its editorial content. The provider is Biturai L.L.C-FZ; full contact details are set out in the legal notice.
The website provides general product information and links to an external offer. It does not offer a customer account, paid membership or an insurance checkout of its own.
2. Biturai's role as a tip provider
Biturai explains publicly available PassportCard product mechanics and presents an opportunity to apply through a direct link. Under the current business model and the existing tip-provider agreement, Biturai is a tip provider, not an insurance intermediary.
Biturai does not accept applications on auslandspolice, perform an individual needs analysis, provide insurance advice or recommend a particular plan to an individual.
3. No insurance contract with Biturai
The insurance contract is concluded exclusively between you and PassportCard or the insurer named in the specific offer and policy. Biturai is not a party to that insurance contract, is not an insurer and is not responsible for accepting, administering or performing the policy.
The PassportCard and insurer documents exclusively govern the offer, acceptance, premium, benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, deductibles, coverage zones, health disclosures, payment process and claims handling.
4. Compensation and disclosure
If an insurance contract is concluded through the direct link, PassportCard pays Biturai compensation for the referral. The compensation is settled between Biturai and the provider; Biturai does not charge you a separate fee through this website. The full disclosure is in the footer and the legal notice. The link is marked as a compensated link.
The offer flow opens at PassportCard. Technical attribution parameters are sent in the link; the details are described in the privacy notice.
5. Content and external links
Articles and pages provide general information as of their publication date. They do not replace individual advice and do not promise that a particular plan, benefit or price is available to you. Information may change; PassportCard's current offer and policy documents always prevail.
The PassportCard link leads to a third-party website. That provider alone is responsible for its content, technical availability, privacy practices, offer, application, contract and claims handling.
6. Permitted use and copyright
The website may be used only within the limits of applicable law. Content, trademarks, images and text may not be reproduced, made publicly available or used commercially without the required permission. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Liability
Biturai is fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. In cases of ordinary negligence, Biturai is liable only for a breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Biturai is not responsible for PassportCard's decision on an application, the availability of an offer, the contents of an insurance policy, the insurer's benefit decision or the technical availability of the external offer flow, unless Biturai is responsible for the relevant failure.
8. Changes and applicable law
Biturai may amend these terms for the future where this is required for the operation, security or legal accuracy of the website. The version published at the time of further use applies.
To the extent permitted by law, the law of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal law of the United Arab Emirates apply. Mandatory consumer protection rules in the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
9. Date
This version is dated 22 August 2026.
